This website is a copy of Ellie Van Winkle's website on Redirecting Self-Therapy.   Many years ago, Ellie had posted this same information on several websites.  However, since Ellie's passing in 2001 - her original websites have all expired and are no longer available.   As far as I know, this is the only place you can still find it.  Ellie discovered a way to detox the mind by redirecting suppressed anger towards the past.  She also promoted a raw food diet as a way to help the process.  With this discovery, she brought herself to full recovery from a lifetime of mental illness.

The only changes made to Ellie's website:  some links that no longer work have been updated or deleted.

From 1999 to 2001, Ellie managed a Yahoo forum, discussing her therapy. Yahoo has since stopped supporting Yahoo forums, and all of Ellie's messages were deleted.  Fortunately, all of Ellie's messages were downloaded and saved a long time ago. You can download them at the two links below.

This is the short version (just the essence of RST):  ShortVersionForumArchives.rtf

This is the complete forum archive of all mesages:  ForumArchives.rtf

Self-help treatment/resources for depression, social & generalized anxiety disorders, addictions, PTSD, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, bipolar, anorexia/bulimia, attention deficit disorder, and other emotional disorders/symptoms.  A new discovery based on the principle that mental symptoms are a "detox crisis" that can be discharged by releasing suppressed anger from early trauma.
